Also, you need to be more specific here. See, it makes less sense if you put it into the form I asked for: "Freedom of speech is (or is not) freedom." So you need specific things to but in so that "X is (or is not) part of freedom of speech." "Freedom of speech" as a phrase is sufficient for a definition.
